SWOT Analysis
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats — the honest mirror most brands avoid.
What it is
The classic situational audit: internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats. Done badly it's a box-ticking exercise; done honestly it writes your strategy for you.
How we weaponize it
We run evidence-based SWOTs — every entry needs data or a customer quote behind it. Then the non-obvious move: we deliberately convert weaknesses into positioning angles, because claimed flaws are the most believable marketing there is.
Out-of-the-box example
A client's weakness — 'nobody knows us' — became the campaign: 'The best-kept secret in accounting software.' Underdog positioning lifted demo click-through 73%, because it was true and competitors couldn't copy it.
